1. Acknowledgment

These are the Terms & Conditions governing the use of Selector Studio and the agreement that operates between you and the Service provider. By downloading, installing, or using the Selector Studio Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Licenses & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Selector Studio extension. All intellectual property, source code, and design remains the property of the Service provider.

3. Contributions & Support

Selector Studio is a free tool. Contributions to support active development are voluntary, custom payment amounts (default ₹200). All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service provider be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
